ANXIETY A SERIOUS ISSSUE
Anxiety a serious issue of many people. Those are suffering from anxiety and depression. Main cause of anxiety is the stress, and the main reason of stress is when you get too much work load or because of educational pressure it also happens with some other reasons like childhood trauma, social isolation, negative life events, Physical or mental health problems, and social and societal pressures.
People suffer from anxiety of many types:
Some feels like having a not in the stomach and on the other hand some people feels like their heart if beating fast during the attack they feels like their mind is not connected with their whole body, This state of sufficiency indicates that anxiety a serious issue.
Some painful memories, thoughts and dreams are terrifying, but the plays but they are playing in your head and you are not able to get out of it. Even when there isn’t a genuine threat, some fearful persons experience sense of anxiety and forecasting that something bad is going to happen.

- You get tired, you get lazy and cannot be in a same position for long period
- Your heart beats fast
- Your mouth get dry
- You cannot breath properly
- You experience chill or hot flashes
- Confusing sense of fear
- You can’t sleep at night
